18th April, 2015 - Saturday :- English Handwriting Competition
|
English Handwriting Competition:- An English Writing Competition was held on 18 the April to enhance and develop the handwriting skills in the students. Students from classes I- V eagerly participated and enjoyed this activity. Later the best three were awarded.

1st May, 2015 - Friday :- Labour's Day Celebration
|
The students enthusiastically participated in the Labour's Day celebration by presenting a Rajasthani Dance.

4th May, 2015 - Monday :- Initiation Ceremony |
The initiation ceremony was held on 4.5.15 to formally designate the office bearers for the year 2015-16. A solemn ceremony was conducted wherein the students participated and learned the qualities of being a good leader.

6th May, 2015 - Wednesday:- Prize Giving Ceremony |
The meritorious students in various scholastic and co scholastic activities were awarded on 6.5.15 for their achievements in different spheres.
Congratulations !! to all the students who did marvellously well.

7th May, 2015 - Thursday: - English Singing Competition:- |
"Music is the energiser to the soul. It brings back the lost vigour and enthuses the body and mind with rejuvenation."
A song competition for students from class II- V was conducted. A wide array of songs was presented and melodiously sung by the little Angelites. It was indeed a soul touching and soothing to the ears.

8th May, 2015, Friday: - Hindi Writing Competition:- |
In order to encourage and motivate the students to write effectively a Hindi Writing competition was organised for students of class I- V. the best three were awarded , the students enjoyed and learned to enhance the skills of writing beautifully.

A special prayer assembly was held for welcoming our new Principal Sr. Ramona, Primary Incharge Sr. Fabina, H.K.G. in charge and Superior Sr. Sangeeta and Sr. Aneesha. Saplings and cards were presented by teachers and students.

The Holy Spirit mass took place on 7th July '15 to invoke God's blessings on the students who started afresh after the vacations; also the trophies and certificate were awarded to the meritorious students for excellence in Diocesean level catechism examinations.

Talent hunt competition (House wise- Class I, II)
a variety entertainment programme was put by put four participants from each house. The judges appreciated their acts. Sr. Fabina declared the result which was as follow-
I :- Ruby House; II:- Emerald house; III:- Topaz house

Mrs. Meenu Tuli completed 30 years of dedicated service to our institution. With heavy hearts the staff, students and management bid adieu to Mrs. Meenu Tuli. A prayer service and a short variety entertainment programme were put up under the able guidance of our Primary Incharge Sr. Fabina.

Three best craft items were selected from each class.

29th July'15:- Spell Bee Competition
|
Students from classes III- V participated in it. The exam was conducted by OLYMPIAD FORUM of the HOPE FOUNDATION. Students enhanced their vocabulary and got a chance to compete with other students of their age group. A total 160 students (III-V) participated and made use of the opportunity.

Campus news August 2015

13th August
|
To mark the 69th Independence Day, a cultural programme was put up by the students of primary section. Students from class I and II dressed up as national leaders and freedom fighters. Skits depicting 'Swadeshi Movement' and 'Quit India Movement' were presented by students of class III. This was followed by patriotic songs and dances from class IV and V. Students of class V delivered the speeches in hindi and english to convey the meaning and importance of this day.
The programme concluded by a message of 'Love your Motherland' by Our primary incharge Sr. Fabina.

Inter school Competitions
|
Our students participated in various interschool competition held in different schools.
Seedling Public School, Jawahar Nagar
1. Junior Master Chef:- Two students Jaspreet Marwaha (V)and Khushi Tanwani (IV) paticipated in the Junior Master Chef held in Seedling Public School, Jawahar Nagar on 31 st july 2015. Their efforts were appreciated.
2. Ad- Mad show :- Three students Hansika Badaya (I), Lavanya Grover (II), and shubhi sharma (III) participated in the Ad- Mad show held in Seedling Public School, Jawahar Nagar.
Neerja Modi School
Power Point Presentation - Two students of class V Jaspreet Marwaha and Rameesha Saxena participated in Power Point Presentation on the theme Dreams of India held in Neerja Modi School.
Jayshree Periwal High School
1. Poster Making :- Krishnapriya Dharmveer (I), Devika Sharma (II)
2. Tell a story :- Krupa Sandeep Sawant (II) presented a story from panchtantra
3. Spell it Rght :- Ira pandey ((III), Vaidehi singh Khatana (IV) participated in the competition . They got an exposure to a wide range of questionnaire's.
4. Clay Modelling :- Indrapreet Kaur (III) and Himanshi narula (IV) participated and presented beautiful clay modelling.
5. Indian Folk Dance :- A beautiful folk dance presentation with the theme of "Mehandi" keeping in mind festive season of savan & Teej, was depicted by the students of class V & VI.
Quizholic:- Sanya Kumari (V A) and Anushka Pant of class VI participated in the event.
